We want you to love your new rug, but if it is not the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Rug

  Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in the original protective plastic or heavy-duty shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our returns portal for larger oversized rugs.
