How do I choose the right rug size for my room?
As a general rule, ensure the rug is large enough to fit at least the front legs of your furniture. For living rooms, an 8x10 or 9x12 rug is most common, while dining rooms require a rug that extends 24-36 inches beyond the table.
What is your return policy if the rug doesn't match my decor?
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If the color or style isn't quite right, you can return the rug in its original condition for a full refund, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee.
How should I clean and maintain my new rug?
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is recommended. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For deep cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaning every 12-18 months depending on traffic levels.
How long will it take for my rug to ship?
Most in-stock rugs ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Why does my rug have a slight odor or creases after unfolding?
New rugs may have a 'new carpet' scent from being sealed for shipping; this will dissipate within a few days. Creases are normal and will flatten out if you back-roll the rug or place heavy furniture on the edges for 24-48 hours.
Do I really need a rug pad?
Yes, we highly recommend a rug pad. It prevents slipping, protects your hardwood floors from scratches, provides extra cushioning, and extends the life of your rug by reducing friction.
